LEADING Powerful Experiences: A Project Management Series

Define Your Scope and Your Stakeholders

Leading Powerful Experiences is a series of project management workshops designed to help you plan and lead impactful events and projects for churches and other 501c3 organizations.

In this first 90-minute workshop you will learn how to clearly define your experience (scope) and define your audience (stakeholders). Instead of getting overwhelmed with details and losing sight of the big picture, you will learn how to identify the big picture and guard it throughout the process.

After this workshop you will walk away locked and loaded, with clear objectives and direction for every future event you plan.

This workshop is designed to be taken on your phone, tablet, or computer and will render well on any device.

Get Organized

For many events you can delegate administrative tasks. But you cannot delegate important steps such as identifying the big picture and guarding it. What do you want to accomplish? And whom do you want to impact?

Save Yourself from Yourself

In churches and non-profits, sometimes we are our biggest problem. We keep adding and changing things up until the last minute and then fail to have enough time, money, and people to make it happen. In this workshop you will finally learn how to lock and load.
